Meaghan, (1998-2002), left us after a hard combat, sowing in our heart an idea, the creation of MediaMeg.com. Meaghan was a small girl of Sherbrooke, Quebec (Canada).  Born on December 17, 1998, Meaghan went very well until the day of her 1st anniversary (on December 17, 1999) the doctor announced to the members of her family that she had a rare cancer of the name of Neuroblastome.  This more known cancer in the young people of less than 18 years strikes a child over 1000 in Quebec.  Meaghan’s family did not know how to react, they decided to go to war with Meaghan while going to the hospital Ste-Justine (Hospital specialized for the sick children).  After a hard combat, Meaghan had finally succeeded to pass through with a total remission.  Meaghan had made a success of an incredible victory by defying all the possible statistics.
 
A year later, another blow came to hit Meaghan with a first relapse. Everything would be the beginning of the end for an incredible life lesson to a girl more than brave who’s name was Meaghan.  Meaghan was going to give the most important values to all her family members.  A small girl of the name of Meaghan which was 3 years old was going to show an incredible perseverance, a determination and a desire to live that nobody realize during his lifetime.  Meaghan in spite of many diseases and her treatment harder to live than no matter what it either was going to show us that life is filled of beautiful things and is worth the sorrow to be lived each moment.  Time that everyone thinks unlimited was in the case of Meaghan a true countdown. 
Meaghan will have shown to us her family that family is the most important in the world and that together, we are much stronger. Nobody would have passed through this history alone.
